Access to the hosted wCRM application at wcrm.app. There is nothing to install and nothing to download; your data lives on our servers and is available from any browser. Prices are per account, in US dollars, billed monthly in advance.
A new account may try Lite for 15 days without entering a card. The trial does not turn into a paid subscription automatically. Pro and Business do not have a separate trial period.
Business includes one owner and up to 10 collaborator seats. Collaborators can view and create clients, and manage tasks, reminders and appointments. They cannot edit or delete existing clients, and do not receive the owner's access to proposals, messaging, templates, forms, CSV tools, WhatsApp, Instagram, AI, Cash Flow, billing, integrations or team administration.
Prices are shown excluding tax. Any VAT or sales tax required in your country is added at checkout and handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt.
You can move between plans or cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Ending a subscription does not itself delete your data, but paid operations stop. See our refund policy for how refunds work.
Monthly proposal and appointment allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC. Stored-contact limits include archived contacts. Reaching a limit never deletes anything: the affected action simply stops until the next cycle or until you move to a higher plan.
