Access to the hosted wCRM application at wcrm.app. There is nothing to install and nothing to download; your data lives on our servers and is available from any browser. Prices are per account, in US dollars, billed monthly in advance.
Prices are shown excluding tax. Any VAT or sales tax required in your country is added at checkout and handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt.
You can move between plans or cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and your account moves to the free plan — your data is not deleted. See our refund policy for how refunds work.
Plans are measured by proposals sent per month, not by contacts stored, because that is what reflects the real cost of running the service. Reaching a limit never deletes anything: the affected action simply stops until the next cycle or until you move to a higher plan.
